Thanksgiving and Prayer

There is a close connection between thanksgiving and prayer.
“Rejoice…pray…in everything give thanks…” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
“Rejoice…prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests…” (Philippians 4:4-7)
“…prayer…with thanksgiving…” (Colossians 4:2)
“…supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks…” (1 Timothy 2:1-2; an acT of prayer)
Consider what the Lord has done. Be thankful! Pray!
