Why is there Only One Way?

Why is there Only One Way?

The gospel is as universal as the problem of sin. This is one reason why there are not many ways, but only one way to God (John 14:6). The gospel is not differing stories to differing circumstances, but one united message to all of humanity. There is not a differing standard of forgiveness based on different sins from various cultures, but one standard of forgiveness for one problem that plagues all people everywhere, regardless of how that problem is expressed.

Christ is, and will always be, the “power of God and the wisdom of God” (1 Cor. 1:24), no matter who thinks it foolish or who stumbles over it. When all the dust is settled and sin is recognized for what it really is, the message will always be the same to all people everywhere: Christ and Him crucified.
